Dalman & Narborough is one of the last remaining artisan metal workers in the UK.
Established in 1850, we specialise in making high quality traditional Highland regalia from our workshop in Birmingham. We create collections of sporrans, sgain dubhs, kilt pins and kilt belts inspired by the rich heritage and tradition of Scotland, of which we supply to some of the finest Highlandwear outfitters in Scotland and beyond.
Who we are
Dalman & Narborough is a UK-based artisan metalworking studio, supplying the trade exclusively.
We work in partnership with Highlandwear outfitters and heritage retailers, producing high-quality metal regalia that strengthens their offer at point of sale. We do not sell direct to consumers. Our role is to support our stockists — protecting their margins, enhancing their credibility, and helping them sell products with confidence.
From our Birmingham workshop, we manufacture sporrans, sgian-dubhs, kilt pins, and belts inspired by Scotland’s material culture and symbols. Each collection is designed to sit comfortably within premium retail environments, combining traditional forms with consistent quality, reliable supply, and clear storytelling.
